We provide care support for short breaks, ranging from support for families with adults with learning disabilities to assisting older people, or small groups of young adults.

We enable the people we support to preserve a greater degree of independence, whilst keeping safe and maintaining their own routines in the familiarity of their own home.

We believe highly personalised care on a one-to-one basis in a person’s own home will enable people to maintain their independence and give them choice and control over their own lives to live a happy and healthy life. We work in co-production with our clients to ensure that the supporting staff and the clients’ care needs are highly personalised. We always create a harmonious relationship with our customers.

Support in your own home

Depending on the specific needs of individuals, some of the live-in care services we provide include:

At Unfading Care we provide care support for short breaks, ranging from support for families with adults with learning disabilities, to assisting older people, or small groups of young adults.

The aim of Unfading Care is to enable families to continue looking after their adult children by providing a short break from caring.

If you would like help to arrange the break, please ask us for information.

If you would like a few days away from caring for someone, we may be able to help you plan cover for the person you care for. We could arrange for a paid worker to be with them.

Types of Break

Care needs provided

Funding

You may be eligible for financial support funded by the local authority and qualify for a Direct Payment, where by you can choose to have the money paid to you for the break and use it to arrange and pay for your break. Please contact your local council about any self-directed support options.
