It usually is the case that he will meet a client as a complete stranger, and end up developing a firm friendship with the client and their close relatives. Having studied business and worked in the care sector in several roles over numerous years, offering support work as well as bespoke care services to a wide range of clients, it has been a natural progression to open and actively drive his own care company forward.
